  • To assist in carrying out independent and objective audit function

  • Review and evaluate the system of management controls and assess their adequacy and effectiveness

  • Draft potential recommendations for improvements

  • Conduct in accordance with HKFRS, SFC regulations and internal SOPs

 

Requirements

 

  • Degree holder, preferably in law, finance, accounting, statistics, computer information systems or related disciplines

  • 1–2-year audit experience, securities audited experience

  • Knowledge in banking ordinance, SFC regulations & guidelines, financial services and products is preferred but not essential

  • Familiar with EXCEL advanced functions

  • Good interpersonal , communication, analytical and writing skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as a team member

  • Execute fixed income and structured products trades (eg. ELI /ELN / FCN)

 

  • Provide professional advisory on market analysis and investment product such as bonds, structured product and funds.

  • Close communication and interactions with internal departments and external partners related to investment products.

  • Deep understanding of client’s needs, work closely with sales staff to gain knowledge

  • Conduct the product training and market briefing to internal staff.

  • To develop, manage and review investment products sales processes, sales scripts, procedures, etc.

  • Complete other ad-hoc duties assigned.

 

Requirements

 

  • University degree or above in economics, information technology, math, physics and other relevant disciplines.

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in Fixed Income and Structured Products trading (eg. ELI /ELN / FCN) 

  • Holder of SFC License RA1 or passed HKSI Licensing Examination Paper 1,7,8 .

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

-      Provide first checking of account opening documents

 

-      Conduct due diligence and AML risk assessment for new and existing clients

 

-     Handle client account annual review

 

-      Prepare worksheet to record the storage and safe keeping of the client account opening form and relevant documents.

 

-      File clients’ documents under both e filing system and paper file (third party fire proof warehouse)

 

-      Prepare data entrance into system

 

-      Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements

 

-       Degree holder in Business, Finance or related discipline(s)

 

-       At least 1 years’ relevant working experience in banking or securities trading field

 

-       Knowledge of rules and regulations on SFC / FATCA / CRS is an advantage

 

-       Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word & Excel

 

-       Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

 

-       Fast and accurate typing skills in both English and Chinese

 

-       Responsible, hardworking and detail-minded

 

-       Immediate availability is highly preferred
